And so it begins .... The First Day of Snow

As Patrick ran through the backyard with tears rolling down his face from pure excitment as he screamed over and over, "it's snowing ... it's snowing!".... my heart completely sank. So it begins ... the first day of snowfall this very long winter season. He cannot seem to get enough snow ... each day it builds he gets more and more happy about the possibilities that surround his favorite activity ... snowboarding. Me on the other hand ... I am so very tired of snow. And this is only day one!!! We have another 175 inches to go! We certainly didn't get the yard raked before it hit. They are calling for 8-12 more inches for tomorrow. Here we go ....
